Gone Axe Throwing is humbled to be able to help our local communities by giving back. We help organizations raise money for education, human services, health, arts, culture, and humanities.

 

DONATIONS AND SPONSORSHIPS

If you have an organization hosting a fundraiser, please send requests for donations to fundraising@redhatenterprises.com.  Please include as much detail as possible in your request.

We receive a lot of donation requests so please be patient and allow us plenty of time to review.

Looking for something different? A fundraiser hosted at Gone Axe Throwing brings people together for unique fun.  Fundraising events are easy to arrange and best of all, 20% of sales generated by supporters of your organization will be donated back to you!

Fundraising FAQ

  • WHEN DOES MY ORGANIZATION RECEIVE THE FUNDS?

    Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to recieve funds.

  • HOW DO I FIND OUT HOW MUCH MY ORGANIZATION RAISED?

    Your coordinator will follow-up and let you know the total amount raised from your event the day afterward.

  • HOW DO I PROMOTE MY EVENT?

    Glad you asked! A flyer is available for your Fundraising event from the event coordinator. Once your Fundraising event has been approved, our coordinator will provide a marketing kit that will help make your event successful.

  • HOW OFTEN CAN I SCHEDULE A FUNDRAISING EVENT?

    Fundraising events can be scheduled every 60 days with at least two weeks notice.

  • WHEN CAN MY ORGANIZATION HOST AN EVENT?

    You can choose to host on a weeknight (Tuesday through Thursday) or weekend (Friday through Sunday). A minimum of two weeks notice is required to schedule your event. We like to plan ahead and hope you do too! So please plan ahead and give yourselves the chance to spread the word to your group’s friends, followers, and supporters to maximize attendance.

  • HOW DOES MY ORGANIZATION RECEIVE CREDIT FOR PURCHASES?

    For weeknight fundraisers, any guests of Gone Axe Throwing are required to present an official event flyer or mention the organization you are supporting during check-in to receive credit. We accept flyers shown digitally – on any device (we know this is the 21st century). Your organization receives credit for axe throwing participation. Flyers cannot be distributed inside or in the direct vicinity of our area, including the parking lot, before or during the event.

  • WHAT PERCENTAGE OF SALES FROM THE EVENT DOES MY ORGANIZATION RECEIVE?

    20% of axe throwing sales generated from your event will be donated directly to your organization, excluding tax, gratuity, gift certificate and retail sales.

  • IS MY ORGANIZATION ELIGIBLE?

    Eligible groups include 501c charitable organizations, non-profit schools and community groups. Examples of organizations we have supported through Fundraisers include schools and school organizations (boosters, parent-teacher organizations),  and community organizations like pet shelters and youth sports or drama clubs.

We take great pride in giving back to the communities we call home and would love to help you raise money for your school or non-profit organization.  After a careful evaluation of your cause, we’ll decide if it’s in both of our best interests to do a fundraiser together. Cool?
