Gone Social is humbled to be able to help our local communities by giving back. We help organizations raise money for education, human services, health, arts, culture, and humanities.

If you have an organization hosting a fundraiser, please send requests for donations to fundraising@redhatenterprises.com.  Please include as much detail as possible in your request.

We receive a lot of donation requests so please be patient and allow us plenty of time to review.

Fundraising FAQ

WHEN DOES MY ORGANIZATION RECEIVE THE FUNDS?

Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive the funds.

HOW DO I FIND OUT HOW MUCH MY ORGANIZATION RAISED?

The coordinator follows up within 2 business days to let you know the total amount raised. 

HOW DO I PROMOTE MY EVENT?

Once your fundraising event has been approved, the coordinator sends a link to a media kit with logos, flyers, a social posts to use.  

WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE A FUNDRAISING EVENT?

Fundraising events can be scheduled during the months of April – September on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 4-9p. A minimum of two weeks before approval is needed. 

HOW DOES MY ORGANIZATION RECEIVE CREDIT FOR BOOKINGS?

We require attendees to present an official (provided) event voucher during check-in or purchase to receive credit. The voucher can be presented physically or electronically. Vouchers of any kind cannot be distributed on-site or outside the venue, including the parking lot, before or during the event.

Ineligible purchases include gift certificates, alcohol, anything already discounted, and merchandise. 

 

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF SALES FROM THE EVENT DOES MY ORGANIZATION RECEIVE?

As long as conditions are met, the organization receives 10% of booking or walk-in sales for axe throwing, escape games, or the rage room during the open hours of the event date, excluding tax and gratuity. 

Gift certificates, merchandise, alcohol sales, and anything already discounted are not applicable. 

IS MY ORGANIZATION ELIGIBLE?

Eligible groups include 501c charitable organizations, non-profit schools, and community groups. Examples of organizations that we have supported in the past include schools and school organizations (booster and parent-teach associations), and community organizations like pet shelters and youth activity organizations like sports and theater.

Eligibility is verified before approval.
